Attention Prospective Renters: Bay Street One is a condominium ownership building.  Although some homeowners may choose to make their unit available for rent, NAM does not maintain a list of these available rental units.  Prospective renters will need to visit a rental listing website or contact an area rental broker for more information.  Additionally, short-term/vacation rentals are prohibited within Bay Street One.

A rental apartment complex, Bay House Emeryville, is co-located at Bay Street Emeryville.  Bay House Emeryville is not affiliated with nor endorsed by Bay Street One.
